Presenters: Kait Fortunato Greenberg, RD, LD is a Registered Dietitian in private practice at Rebecca Bitzer and Associates (RBA). Kait works with the non-dieting approach to intuitive eating, and co-founded the REBEL Against Diets Nutrition Program working to further this message. Her REBEL clients are learning to love themselves and live joyfully while taking care of their health and nourishing their body with a balance between health and enjoyment.


Kait is very passionate about helping Registered Dietitians and dietetic interns. She started as a volunteer at RBA and eventually became hired as a full-time Registered Dietitian, and she wanted to pave the way for future students to do the same. As such, she launched a student intern program at RBA to help provide college students experience in private practice and developed a track to help successful volunteers be promoted to paid students and lead interns, and to obtain an accredited internship by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. With business savvy and drive Kait also learned to work smarter and double her income in her second year of private practice. She is passionate about helping colleagues in the field REBEL against the traditional norm of the dietetics workforce and earn what they deserve while doing what they love. In 2014, she co-authored a workbook on running a successful dietitian private practice, “Welcome to the Rebelution: Seven Steps to the Nutrition Practice of Your Dreams”


Rebecca Bitzer, MS, RD, CEDRD is an award-winning Registered Dietitian who is both a seasoned nutrition counselor and successful business owner. As a nutrition coach, Rebecca has been counseling clients with all kinds of eating issues for over twenty years. She has the knowledge and experience to provide both individualized and group nutrition counseling to clients of all ages and backgrounds. She has written numerous newspaper articles, co-authored a textbook chapter in a Medical Nutrition Therapy book, and has been featured in both nutrition and business textbooks. She is currently on the leadership committee of Disordered Eating and Eating Disorders group with Sports and Cardiovascular Nutrition (SCAN) and is a former board member of Nutrition Entrepreneurs, and has taught classes at the University of Maryland, Columbia Union College, and Montgomery College. She earned her Undergraduate and Master’s degrees from the University of Maryland in Food and Nutrition and completed her dietetic internship at the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville, Virginia.In 2014, she co-authored a workbook on running a successful dietitian private practice and was selected for Behavioral Health and Nutrition’s Excellence in Practice award for her work with Eating Disorders.


Dana Magee, RD, LD is a Registered Dietitian who earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Dietetics from the University of Maryland and completed her Dietetic Internship with ARAMARK in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dana works with individuals as well as small groups or in larger corporate settings. She specializes in weight concerns, post bariatric surgery/bariatric weight re-gainers, cardiovascular health, diabetes, and child nutrition. Dana runs RBA’s program for lifelong dieters ready to REBEL against dieting and focus on getting healthy, with fellow RBA dietitian, Kait Fortunato Greenberg. REBEL uses the non- dieting approach to improve clients nutrition knowledge, better their quality of life, and achieve their optimal health. Dana is also a Certified LEAP Therapist (CLT).
